Lavender is a low water use plant that thrives in our arid environment, we have A total of 2238 plants are 190 Provence and 2048 Grosso lavender plants in our fields. Organic lavender farming enables us to further our preservation mission. We are truly concerned the organic preservation, and environmental concerns such as water conservation and soil structure. The lavender is harvested by hand to ensure the finest quality of bundles and dried lavender bud. All lavender products are made on site and are are available in the online farm store.
