Out in the FIELD --- Lavender farming!!!

We are out working in the field. The new irrigation system is going in and so many of the plants are coming back from winter happy and ready for spring! We are so excited that what we thought had perished after the rabbits ate them are coming back from the roots.
We have 1080 replacement plants that we ordered coming that we will pick up in May.
Last year we only had 163 Provence, this year we are adding 500 more. We are also going to introduce Munsteand to the farm. We are excited to see how our culinary clients like it compared to the Provence.
It will be an great harvest with the new plants. We will be posting pictures as we see change happen.
